What is in the planner? Work, then driving my Becca and christymack to Portland. We're spending the night so we can have them to the airport by 5:00 a.m. MY BECCA IS LEAVING ME WAAAHH!
Any time for scrapping? Not today. Driving 3 hours to Portland tonight. Boo. What's cooking at your house? Road trip food. What are you watching/reading or listening too? Re-reading "The Martian Chronicles" by Ray Bradbury. I read it when I was a teenager and LOVED it. Turns out, I STILL DO. Complaints yay or nay? Nope! Smiling today because? What is in the planner? Made some contacts in the job hunting arena today. Planned meals for a few days and then sent hubby shopping. Taking daughter to track practice later tonight.
Any time for scrapping? Almost there... I really do need to print pictures, though... What's cooking at your house? Grilled marinated chicken tonight. With mini-red taters with butter and parsley. Some fresh strawberries. Getting them daily by the buckets now... What are you watching/reading or listening too? Starting the Bonesetter's Daugther by Amy Tan. Reading some kids' books too. Complaints yay or nay? When you are short on cash (i.e. out of work) what do you put off? Maintenance, of course. So... when it was 92 with dewpoints starting to rise, we turned on the AC for the first time this year. It didn't work. On a Saturday. Hotter on Sunday. I was a crabby beyotch yesterday... because of course aunt flo decided to come when it was hotter than Hades in the damn house. Smiling today because? I'm better now. Heat is gone, headache and other body pains gone, and AC getting fixed on Wednesday (no way we could afford the extra weekend service charges). What is in the planner? After work, the girls had swim lessons. So it was a late dinner. The girls did go to bed easily, though.
Any time for scrapping? If I would stop playing on the computer, maybe. What's cooking at your house? With swim lessons, we just picked up fast food. What are you watching/reading or listening too? Wayne has The Expendables playing and we're supposed to be watching it together. I have no idea what's happening, though. Complaints yay or nay? Not really.
