ok...I know Psycho doesn't START with an S, but it SOUNDS like an S. And today it's gonna be a psycho day for me. Have you ever heard that phrase, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over and expecting different results"? Well, that's me today....I'll tell you why.... What is in the planner? I'm psycho today because I've invited my Girl Scout troop AND THEIR PARENTS to show up to help design & build our float for the parade next weekend. And I'm sure 1 or 2 of the girls will show up - but NONE of the parents will. I keep asking - and they never show. Why aren't parents involved with their kids anymore? Girl Scouts is NOT a babysitting service. How's the weather? Cloudy & rainy and muggy. ugh. Any time for scrapping? maybe later. I really wanna do something crafty! I keep buying Stampin' Up supplies and not using them. What's cooking at your house? Nada What are you watching/reading or listening too? Watched Ellen Degeneres on You Tube last night. She's one funny woman. Smiling today because? It's Saturday and I got to sleep in a tiny little bit!Complaints, yay or nay? Damn mosquitos ate me up last night on my walk. 07/21/12 at 10:32 am EDT

What is in the planner? Cleaning house then going to my scrap cave where I may or may not do anything creative. How's the weather? Cloudy and cool. Yuck. Any time for scrapping? Yes, but my mojo is limp. What's cooking at your house? Not sure; something with chicken. What are you watching/reading or listening too? Listening to Pandora. Smiling today because? What is in the planner? Just got home from the in-laws. Took the kids swimming for a bit. Now hitting my scraproom! How's the weather? Low 90's and sun is shining. Any time for scrapping? edited to add: Well - I was sorta right about the fair float thing. I had 4 girls show up and 1 parent. But...the parent who was supposed to bring the trailer for the float didn't show up - nor did he call to say he wouldn't be there. SO....we are not going to have a float. We are going to have/pull a wagon!! A very scaled down float. Girls are disappointed but that's what happens when people don't do what they say they're going to do! 07/21 at 07:30 pm EDT | reply
