I have zero motivation, zero toleration, and zero traction for my action. If my mojo were any more dead, it would be Lindsey Lohan's career. (Ba-ZINGA!)
Since starting my semi-photography biz a month ago, I've been SWAMPED. If I'm not out shooting pictures, I'm editing them, or setting up appointments or working on my website. Plus, I STILL HAVE A DAY JOB, PEOPLE. I'm having a BLAST but man. I'm tired. Last weekend, my sister and niece came over to craft and they got to play with paper, while I had to spend the whole day editing pictures. I felt pretty sorry for myself until I remember I love editing pictures. Lol! I recently cleaned my scrap cave but haven't had to time or inclination to go in there. Sometimes I worry that my mojo will never return, but I refuse to believe that the universe would do something so cruel to me. I have another photo shoot this weekend, so we'll see if I have any time left after that shoot, and editing and everything to actually SCRAP. I know I promised ya'll a crop and I am going to make good on that promise TODAY. Stay tuned for challenges and whatnot by the end of the day. Love, Kelly 09/11/12 at 12:23 pm EDT

hey smack give me some details on your biz. I have tons of High School Seniors wanting me to take their photos. Tell me how and what you charge.
I just had one of my best friends come for a visit. I haven't seen her in 9 years. Anyway, after a terrible divorce she was forced to go back to work. She barely makes any money at her job but supplements it with her side photography biz. She told me that she charges $75 for a package deal with 1 8x10, 2 5x7, 5 4x6, and 2 wallets. Then she said she charges $25 for a CD with 10 different poses on it. She mostly takes her photos out doors and let me tell you they are fabulous. I have a little studio but I too like taking photos outside. Just curious about what other people are doing with their side photo biz... 09/17 at 09:40 pm EDT | reply
