Spent the weekend visiting my daughter this weekend.  Was a nice trip.  She volunteers at a place called Sanctuary One.  It's a farm that takes in rescued animals of all sorts.  Cows, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats.  Great place!  Was very impressed with their set up and so glad Megan's found a worthy cause to volunteer with.

Didn't get anything crafty done, of course.  How was everyone else's weekend? 

My weekend went too fast...took the 3 kidlets on a bus ride into town to get their's & mine name printed on a little metal strip to put on a Coke can. yes i'm TOTALLY againest my tribe drinking it , but 45mins later, we got there too early..walked around the mall for about 15mins before they starting taking names & such. so 4 cans later, bus trip back home & that was only Saturday ( Paris already informed me ,she wants to peel off her label & SMASH it, which i'm soooo doing)...

Sunday I worked....only crafting was done about 10.30pm sunday night after the Scrap widow complained & whinged that i spend too much time on the puter, pfttttt whatever man. Now if I can stop my swaps I have til xmas , I might have some me $$$ hahahahha

You put a label on a Coke can?  Never heard of such a thing.

And I'm impressed that you can craft that late at night!  I'm in bed by that time (usually).

With the Coke labels. they had a stand set up to print them on a metal type sheet. Kids thought it was great fun...I think i put up a pic in FB...hoping to pose the cans sometime before Paris rips off her label.

my bestest craft ideas are always after 10pm , that's why most nights I've gota have my handy dandy notepad beside the bed.   bedtime used to be 10.30pm,intil miss 3.3yrs decided she wanted to party then...long story short, I'm glad she goes to bed now willing & tells us she's going. only if she doesn't have a 'power nap ' when she comes home from preschool...if she does , that means I can get dinner sorted in time & she doesn't get fully re tired again til 10ish...

I'm so glad my kids are past those toddler years!  I do miss those kids - but happy they're not that age any longer.  I just don't have the energy anymore!  *lol*  I guess that's why we're programmed to have kids when we're younger.  I don't know how grandparents manage to parent their grandkids.  That's gotta be tough work!

I do get some crazy scrappy inspiration late at night too...but I usually just let it pass.  *lol*  I get all excited about stuff when I'm looking through pinterest - but usually let that pass too.  I'm hoping my mojo comes back someday.  I think I need someone close by to craft with!  That would be fun. 

If my mojo goes missing...I tried to attempt least one Skype scrap chat a week, but lately I usually forget til my friends msge me on FB wondering where I was lol...glad i'm not addicted to Pinterest yet..
