I went to a Stampin Up Card Day recently and glanced at the new catalog they have out. Inside was a sampling of their new paper but it looked like they had punched out the paper to show you a sampling of that line. I found it so inspiring!
My challenge to you is to create a layout where the background paper is done by a punch you have. Cover your entire layout and use vibrant colors.
