Description:	"Rusty Chic"   Do you remember the TV show, "Green Acres?"  He wanted to own a farm, she was a socialite from New York… polar opposites, and although they butted heads, the combination of grunge and bling worked beautifully... plus, they had a great theme song! J (Yep, I caught you singing!)  Two of my FAVORITE scrappy techniques are distressing and bling… put them together and it is what I like to call, "Rusty Chic!"  Your challenge is to create a layout incorporating BOTH of these techniques!  There is no limit on the number of pictures, journaling, patterned paper, size of the layout or number of embellies.  This one is all about technique.  Sand, ink, tear, use fabric, distress chipboard... it is up to you to find your inner "Rust!"  Then add rhinestones, stickles, or whatever shines and makes you say, "Ohhhh!"   The top 7 winners will receive the above prizes from Tally Scrapper AND 2 lucky ladies will receive a special RAK of Rusty Pickle goodies from your resident Rusty Pickle Chefs, Amanda O and me!  Limit one entry per person, new creations, please, and you have until midnight on September 30th to enter!  Amanda and I can't wait to see YOUR Rusty Chic!
