I don't get any points because I left my camera at the beach but I did want to share this recipe with you. Needless to say, the picture you see is not the cake in this recipe! It is so simple. One box of Angel Food Cake Mix and one 16oz. can of pineapple chunks. Follow the directions on the box for grease/no grease on the pan and the baking directions for the pan you use. Put the cake mix in a bowl, pour in the pineapple and stir with a spoon. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT put anything else in it. Just the cake mix and the pineapple. NO EGGS or OIL. Just the two ingredients mentioned. It is 2 points for a slice and it is really good. I hope you will try it. It will swell up in the bowl, I think it is a reaction of the two ingredients.
